WebHOW OCI (USUALLY) WORKS You'll go through two kinds of interviews: screeners and callbacks. Screeners are short, 20-30 minute interviews with one or two attorneys from a firm. Firms will try to send alumni of your law school, but that's not always guaranteed. WebThe firm has a yield to protect and therefore may be waiting to finish all of their call-backs so that they make sure they don't end up extending too many offers. If an offer is extended, you don't have to accept right away. However, be sure to use the NALP Guidelines to make sure you don't hold too many offers open at once. Good luck everyone!
